Diesel Technician

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and engines, including brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems. Ensuring proper workflow and project cohesion.

Forklift Lead Technician

Oversees the daily workflow of the Forklift Division. Maintains schedule of customers and PM schedule. Works face to face with customers and with the shop Service Manager and parts department to ensure repairs are done in a timely manner.

Parts Specialist

Manages inventory, orders necessary parts, and ensures technicians have the right components to complete repairs efficiently. Also tracks usage trends and communicates with vendors to keep essential parts in stock and avoid delays.

2nd Shift Technician/Lead

Oversees the daily workflow in the shop, assigns jobs to technicians, ensures quality control, and provides technical support when needed. Also monitors job progress to ensure repairs are completed on time and meet company standards.
